Holidays with family

The week before Christmas my brother Matt and his family came from California to visit us. We tried to keep them busy with things they aren't accustomed to in So. Cali.So we went ice skating...


And sledding..Where, incidentally I happened to slide right into a pole on my first and only run down the hill. Luckily, nothing was broken but my pride..

We played dress up and had a dance show. The girls found Sarah's old dance costumes and got into her makeup.We also had a talent contest in which it was decided by Haven that her talent was the best. She then proceeded to ask if anyone wanted to sit by "the Best". She and Adelaide definitely kept us entertained! Adelaide chased Charlie around the house the whole time saying, "Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, etc." Here she is getting to walk him on the leash.

We loved having them here.
