First we got a puppy. A toy poodle. We named him Charlie Baizi(Pronounced like beigey). The first couple of days Josh thought he might be allergic to him, but then he realized the reason his eyes watered when he saw the puppy was just because he was so happy to have a dog. How sweet. We all love him and he's been a very good puppy so far.
Next, we've been having sewer problems so we had to put in new pipes. Can you say, "goodbye Santa?" I'm just grateful we were able to have the means to pay for it...even if we did have to borrow from our retirement fund!

The kids have really enjoyed playing in the dirt piles. Who needs swings and a trampoline when you have mountains of dirt in your yard? It's provided them with hours of fun.
