He received a preisthood line of authority plaque from a dear sister in our ward...it shows his line all the way back to Christ. Very neat.
On Sunday he received the Aaronic priesthood and was made a Deacon. After church he was able to deliver the sacrament to some of the shut-ins. Today he will get to pass it in our ward for the first time. On Tues. he and Clint were able to go to the temple to do baptisms for the dead. They let you walk in now. Michael did 28 baptisms. It was a special week for him.
We are so proud of our firstborn! He's a good, thoughtful, smart boy with a big heart and a great sense of humor. We love him so much and are grateful to Heavenly Father for letting us raise him!

12? Wow...before we read the post, we were debating how old Michael is/was. I picked 10. Bekah picked 11. We were off...way off.
Oh, Happy Birthday, Michael...you don't even know us, but HB anyway.
I can't believe he is 12! He is such a great young man, and one of my favorites for sure!
Oh that is cool - Russ keeps loosing his line of authority. That would make it much easier to keep! Happy belated birthday!
